Current Pricing for spring 2008! $65.00 for the first room and $15.00 for every additional area.
An additional area is any room under 200sq.ft., (i.e, a hallway, a set of stairs or a large walk-in closet.) Any area over 200sq.ft. is considered 2-rooms .(i.e, all L-shaped rooms , Living room-dining room combos are considered 2 rooms. Great rooms are 2 rooms.)
Furniture is priced as follows .

Odor Removal varies per job.Red Dye Removal is $10.00 per 1.5sq.ft. area

Our Begining
My father Roy began cleaning carpets in the Michiana area in 1968. He was one of the first professional carpet cleaners in our area. Roy was a Mishawaka Fireman and on his off days began cleaning carpets. I always enjoyed cleaning with dad and went on to start my own carpet cleaning business in 1980. We have since grown to a 5 truck operation, and the largest residential carpet cleaning company in Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan! We service 20 customers a day in our peak season! Each one of us express the same values on customer service that my father instilled in me over 20 years ago. Feature - Powermaxx pre-sprays
Powermaxx is the carpet cleaning solution that my father actually innovated and invented. Powermaxx - the pre-spray that we use on your carpet was designed to remove the maximum amount of soil from your carpet and rinse residue free so there is nothing left in the capret when we leave for dirt to stick to. This means for you the customer no rapid re-soiling due to tacky substances left in your carpet by other cleaners. We use the Hot Water Extraction method recommended by DuPont for cleaning carpet and upholstery. We recover about 98% of the water we use. We specialize in Red-dye removal (i.e. red Kool-aid, fruit punches). We also use proven techniques for removing pet odors left behind from urine or pet dander!
Feature - MY PET SPOT
My Pet Spot is an ezymatic approach, proven to be the only way to safely remove odor causing bacteria in carpet from urine and feces. It will also dissolve vomit, and blood. Works great on grass stains, food spills, coffee and tea. My Pet Spot can also be used on fabrics in place of harsh fabric pre-treatments . My Pet Spot is non-toxic non-alakaline and non-acidic, which not only makes it safe to use-it leaves no residue. Just apply My Pet Spot to urine spots and cover with plastic bag or towel and walk away. Depending on severity of urine concentration, an additional treatment may be nescesary. My Pet Spot can be purchased at time of service for $8.00. Look for My Pet Spot in the retail market in the Fall of 2006! My Pet Spot comes in a one quart bottle with conveinient flip top spout for easy application!
